After Dev, Freida signed by Hollywood director

First it was Slumdog Millionaire lead actor Dev Patel being cast by Manoj Night Shyamalan as a replacement for actor Jesse McCartney as the villain in his flick The Last Airbender. Now legendary and three time Oscar winner director Woody Allen has signed Slumdog actress Freida Pinto for his next directorial venture.
Woody Allen’s last flick Vicky Christina Barcelona fetched actress Penelope Cruz Best Supporting actress Oscar and she thanked the director for ‘having written over all these years some of the greatest characters for women.’
So do we see Freida Pinto picking an Oscar for herself too the coming year? Well only time will tell!
