In a dramatic turn of events after Jagiya elopes with his best friend to Mumbai after his family found out about his fake report card, Balika Vadhu promos show that Anandi might die in the forthcoming episodes. The ads suggest that she will probably die in a shootout.

Could it be a publicity gimmick following the low TRPs, because last time when they showed Pratap’s death on the intense dramatic situation of Sugna’s wedding, the TRPs were on all time high. Perhap’s Anandi’s death in Balika Vadhu spell some good luck with the TRPs.

Anandi couldn’t possibly die because she is the lead actress of the show and besides that she is also the daughter of the serial’s writer. What do you think?

The truth is out finally Nauman Sait - Wild Card Entrant is the winner of MTV Roadies Hell Down Under, and the other two runner ups are Palak and Paulomi.

Nauman wins the title for himself in Ice Hockey task and Hot Air Baloon task and is cheered by other roadies like Roop, Palak and Bobby who are against the other two girls.

Suguna in Balika Vadhu

Hardly 15 years old, Suguna who was a blushing bride a few days ago is a widow now in the series Balika Vadhu.  She is dressed in a dull brown cotton dress and a white dupatta overhead - devoid of any color, hope and happiness.

Maa Saa calls over the entire family to discuss Suguna’s issue. She says as per the tradition and ritual Suguna should be confined to a small room outside their palatial mansion. She should live their for one whole year, cook for herself and eat there. Her food should neither have salt not spices and that when God has made her life bitter, she has no rights to taste anything sweet. It would be a sin for her to eat anything sweet.

Vasant, Bhairo and Sumitra object to this but Maa Saa is firm on her decisions. She will uphold the law which has been around for centuries. Bhairo says  he will not let his daughter live such a horrible life as long as he is alive. But Maa Saa is unwilling to compromise. Suguna who is so taken aback by the grief of her husband agrees to Maa Saa’s decision and decides to live the life of a widow.

What will be off Suguna.. a 15 yr old girl who has lost her husband and love. What would be of her if she is cut of from the world and left to sulk for one whole year? Will she not lose her charm, her youth and her innocence in the process? Will she not lose the zeal towards life? For whom? For the system that seeks to push her further in grief and oblivion?

Still not able to cope with the death of her groom Suguna wails on over the body of Pratap while his family gets ready to take him for his final journey. Father Bhairo Singh is shattered to see his young daughter hold on to his feet crying for her husband. The ever strong Vasant Singh also breaks down seeing Suguna’s pain.

Pratap’s parents and relatives are ready to take home Pratap’s body for his funeral. Suguna who was a blushing bride just a few hours ago is now weeping widow.

How would the young girl cope with the loss of her lover and how as a widow she would face the world who would make it more difficult for her. Would her family, more importantly Kalyani (Dadi Saa) support her or do the same she does with Phooli?

Popular TV series Balika Vadhu on Colors shook its viewers as three days of festivities of bride Suguna’s Gauna ceremony ends with the tragic death of the Groom Pratap. While Suguna dressed as a bride waits anxiously for her husband Pratap to take her home after the Gauna (Bidai), Pratap’s bus is thugged by the local goons. In a fight, Pratap is shot on his chest and dies on his way to Suguna’s place where the festivities are at peak.

The whole family of Suguna is panic-striken. Suguna breaks down when she sees the dead body of Pratap lying at her doorstep. What will happen next? Will 16 yr-old Suguna lose all the colors of her life and be confined to the four walls of the house in a dim blue plain widow’s uniform? Will she get a fresh lease of life? Will she be able to fight the social system that shuns away the widow for no fault of hers?

Last year, before the final result of MTV Roadies 5.0 was announced there were rumors that Ashutosh (also the winner of Big Boss latest season) had become the winning roadie - the rumors at the end of the season of MTV Roadies 5.0 were actually true with Ashutosh walking away as the winner.

This year also before the Roadies - Hell down Under reaches it’s final episode, rumors are rife that the contestant who got voted out on the very first day - Sufi Malhotra is the winner of MTV Roadies Hell Down Under.

Sufi(Puneet) along with popular contestant Nauman and fighter girl Palak aka Gurmeet makes a comeback and Sufi Malhotra survives to become the winning Roadie.

The rumors can actually be true ‘coz the Roadies show is filmed much in advance and then the episodes are shown on MTV.
